Terms & Conditions

1. Credit clients - All invoices are due and payable within 30 days of the date of invoice. 2% interest will be charged per month on all oustanding invoices. Orders are subject to approval by our credit department. No orders or products will be released if the account has exceeded the established credit limit, or if the account is past due.
2. Immediate payment is required from non-credit clients.
3. The client is responsible for all courier or freight charges.
4. Return Policy - No goods are to be returned for refund without prior approval.
5. Warranty - No other warranty is expressed or implied other than that on the "Warranty Form" accompanying the goods. No warranty or service work is to be complete on behalf of WSH Labs without prior approval.
6. WSH Labs will honor any outstanding quotations based on the previous price book up until the completion of the project.
7. We reserve the right to change product specifications and pricing without notice.
